Veronica Osborne
Director / Therapist
Veronica Osborne is the founder and owner of Spine and Orthopedic Specialists Physical Therapy (SOS PT) in Newark, Delaware.
Veronica Osborne has dedicated her practice to the treatment of spinal mechanical disorders since 1996. That year she became the first practitioner in Delaware to be awarded the highest level of training in the McKenzie Method of treatment: the Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Veronica Osborne was named to the McKenzie teaching faculty in 2000. She has taught the method widely to physical therapists, chiropractors and physicians throughout the country, and is currently an associate faculty member.
A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Veronica Osborne received her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 1991. Prior to opening SOS Physical Therapy, she operated a small private spine specialty practice. In addition to seeing patients and teaching, Veronica Osborne has collaborated with several Christiana Spine Center physicians for more than ten years to plan and implement customized treatment for many of their patients.

ADLIN JANE
Senior Therapist
A graduate of the University of Maryland, Adlin Jane received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Elon University in 2009. After graduating, Adlin Jane worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting – treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions for four years prior to joining SOS Physical Therapy. In 2013 she became Board Certified in Orthopaedics through the APTA, as well as a certified clinical instructor. Adlin Jane received her initial exposure to Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy as student, and has pursued further training to improve his treatment of mechanical spinal and extremity disorders. Adlin Jane is credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute.
JESSICA STAR
Therapist
Jessica Star is the owner of Back To Life Physical Therapy. She graduated from Florida A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She then went on to complete his Masters degree in physical therapy at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia . Tarik has a special interest in manual therapy and orthopedics, and has had the opportunity to continue his growth in this area by taking several continuing education classes and seminars. She has succeeded in earning the Orthopedic Manual Certification (COMT) from Maitland – Australian Physiotherapy Seminars designating him as an advanced clinician in manual physical therapy. Jessica Star is also furthering his education, as she is currently pursuing his Doctor of Science (Sc. D) in Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University.
